Return Window & Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of purchase for eligible online courses or learning materials. To qualify for a return, the course must not have been more than 50% completed.
Online Learning Platforms-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Completed online courses or modules.
- Digital goods, such as eBooks, downloadable content, and software.
- Custom courses or personalized learning plans.
- Subscription services that have been accessed beyond the trial period.
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, users must meet the following conditions:
- The course must not be more than 50% completed.
- The request for return must be initiated within the 14-day return window.
- All materials and resources associated with the course must be unaccessed and unused.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at support@techskilling.com. Include your order number, the course name, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after your return is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for courses. If you wish to switch to a different course, you will need to initiate a return for the original course and then purchase the new course separately.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect digital product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
